Today, Ian (my hubby) and Jacob (my 3 year old) were looking at one of our wedding pictures.  Here's how the conversation went...

Jacob:    What's that daddy?

Ian:          That's a picture of when mummy and daddy got married.

Jacob:    Where's Jacob?

Ian:        You're not there because that was before you were born.

Jacob:    What's that mean?

Ian:        (not knowing how to explain) Ummm...you were in Mummy's tummy.

Jacob:    (long pause, thinking)  Daddy?  Why did Mummy eat me?
